Chef Lo’s Chicken Cacciatore Over Penne Pasta

Chicken Cacciatore has many variations … Chef Lo decides to add Goya Black Beans Dry 1lb (Pack of 2) for fiber, and penne pasta for chewy carbohydrates. To begin, Chef Lo cuts up chicken breast and saute’ it in olive oil. He adds Hunt’s Petite Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 Oz., Pack of 12 and black beans to the pan. For seasoning, he lightly sprinkles McCormick Chili Powder, 9.25 oz. In a separate pot, he boils water and adds Barilla Pasta, Penne, 16 Ounce (Pack of 8). After 10 minutes, he drains the penne pasta, and adds it to the chicken, tomatoes and beans.
