We are always looking for ways to save money and save calories! Salmon sliders meet both goals. How? When you eat salmon for dinner, save half of your salmon for lunch tomorrow.

Heat up the leftover salmon in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. While the leftover salmon is warming up, make your tartar sauce.

We love using potato rolls for our bread choice. Each half of the potato roll is 45 calories.

Place the potato roll halves under the broiler for 2 – 3 minutes until they are nice and crispy! Remove the salmon from the oven.

Put tarter sauce on the potato halves. Cut the salmon into 3 sections and place a portion of the salmon on each each potato roll.

This low calorie lunch is only 355 calories. The bread is 135 calories. The tartar sauce is 120 calories and the salmon is 100 calories. Salmon sliders are tasty, nutritious and low calorie. Bon Appetit!
