Brenda grew up in a home where politics was often discussed. Her family read the daily newspaper, watched the 6 o’clock news every evening, and discussed current events and politics. Politics affects our everyday lives because politicians make laws, and laws affect our activities and opportunities. Brenda believes it is important to know a politician’s position on issues. She also believes it is important to make your voice heard by voting. She loves keeping abreast of political developments and conversing with family and friends.

Brenda is opinionated and likes to express her opinion, so this blog is an excellent forum for Brenda to comment on what’s happening in the world of politics! The current presidential campaign is very interesting, therefore Brenda will certainly comment on the primaries, conventions, personalities, and media coverage.
