We ate dinner at a new restaurant called BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse. It’s a very nice upscale bar and restaurant. The atmosphere is mellow and for sports fans, there are numerous TVs on the walls. Since we practice “healthy eating,” we ordered light dinners such as Peruvian Bowl of quinoa, shrimp, spinach and mushrooms. Quinoa is a seed, so it is not very filling but it is very nutritious. My Peruvian delight was only 550 calories, so I was ready for dessert! We chose the Triple Chocolate Pizookie with Ghirardelli! This gorgeous dessert packs 1,180 calories!
