Chef Lo has a new healthy recipe for lunch — Avocado Egg Salad on Toast! Ingredients are:

  1. one avocado
  2. two eggs
  3. onion
  4. celery
  5. mayonnaise
  6. mustard

Boil 2 eggs for 15 minutes on high. Slice the avocado in half, and scoop out the soft, green fruit. Place the fruit in a small bowl. When boiled eggs have finished boiling, place them in cold water for a few minutes to let them cool down. Afterwards, peel the shells off of the eggs and cut them into small chunks. Add egg chunks to avocado in bowl, and mix. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add 1/2 teaspoon of mustard. Mix until soft and creamy. Chop up onion and celery and add for taste. Spread on toast, and enjoy!
