Today’s lunch is Chiletti! It’s a combination of chili over top of spaghetti noodles. If you like Parmesan Cheese, sprinkle a little on top. Chef Lo makes the Chiletti using the following ingredients:
- Ground Turkey
- Hunt’s Seasoned Diced Tomato Sauce for Chili, 15 Ounce (Pack of 12)
- Goya Red Kidney Beans Can 15.5 oz. (3-Pack)
- McCormick Chili Powder, 9.25-Ounce Unit
- Barilla Whole Grain Pasta (Pack of 4)
- Kraft, Parmesan, Grated, 8 oz
To prepare Chiletti, do the following:
- Saute 1 pound of ground turkey.
- Drain and place ground turkey into a large pot.
- Add 2 cans of kidney beans.
- Add 2 cans of tomatoes.
- Stir ingredients.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of chili powder.
- Heat over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- In a separate large pot, bring a quart of water to a boil.
- Add Barilla noodles.
- Boil noodles for 10 minutes.
- When noodles are ready, drain and place onto plate.
- Use large spoon to scoop chili on top of noodles.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste.
