Brenda absolutely loves spaghetti! However, too much pasta can be fattening. To make spaghetti a little healthier, Brenda reduces the amount of pasta, and uses a high fiber pasta such as Barilla Whole Grain Pasta (Pack of 4). To increase the amount of fiber, Brenda adds Goya Black Beans – Frijoles Negros 15.5 Oz Pack of 6 to the Ragu America’s Favorite Pasta Sauce Traditional Old World Style Sause 2 Pound 13 Ounce Value Jars (Pack of 3). Black beans reduce fat, and they don’t have much of a taste, so they are a healthy addition to any meal. Brenda calls this lunch “Black Bean Spaghetti.”

I must admit that I absolutely love spaghetti! There was no way I could cut it out of my diet, so adding black beans was a healthy compromise.
