Today’s lunch is Chef Lo’s Blackened Salmon! Brenda likes crunchy and crispy foods, so Chef Lo blackens the salmon. Ever notice how good you feel after eating salmon? Salmon is a superfood that’s good for the brain. Feed your brain and body with Chef Lo’s Black Salmon recipe!

  1. Oven-Bake Salmon Steak on 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  2. The secret to the charbroil is to sprinkle a little Morton Salt Regular Salt – 26 oz on the Salmon!
  3. Place Salmon under the oven broiler at 500 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Check every minute to make sure the salmon doesn’t over-cook.

Brenda usually eats half of the salmon steak for dinner and saves the other half for lunch the next day. For a healthy lunch, she adds the following:

  1. Goya Brown Rice, 32 oz
  2. Old Bay Seasoning Can, 6 oz.
  3. McCormick’s Seafood Cocktail Sauce Original 8 Oz. [Pack of 3]
  4. Goya Black Beans – Frijoles Negros 15.5 Oz Pack of 6 for the side dish
